Written information on returns and refunds
Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1.
To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to resi@principedifirenze.com. The email must specify the codes of the items you intend to return and the desired compensation: size change or refund. Once the return request has been received, Principe will send the Customer a written confirmation, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Once we have received the goods at the office we will issue a refund by deducting €10.00 as the cost for the home return service.
The goods must be returned, complete with all their parts, in compliance with the conditions set out below:
the right of withdrawal may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact, it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased.
the shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by the Company, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the Company will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier and obtain the relevant reimbursement; the product will return to the Customer's possession, and the withdrawal request will be cancelled.
The Company will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during return shipping.
The Company will reimburse the Customer for the entire amount already paid, within 7 days of receiving the goods, through a cancellation procedure of the charged amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Company may suspend the refund until receipt of the returned product, or until the Customer demonstrates that he has correctly sent back the intact product. If the package is returned after the 14th useful day, counted from the original delivery date of the goods, the right of withdrawal will lapse. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Company will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
· The customer can choose 2 types of compensation:
Size change
It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. It is not possible to exchange the garment with a different item. There is only one free exchange of goods for each authorized return.
Reimbursement
Refunds will be processed as soon as receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will in any case be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

Terms and conditions of return
The security thread present on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. Returns must be sent inside the Principe box. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Principe, he is required to follow the same instructions given above. Principe reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
Underwear should be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
Principe reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, shipped with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions, or in any case not compliant with all the conditions laid down.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
